Is it my Soul… or the Spirit?

A gentle 7-day reflection to help you recognize what’s leading you — your thoughts and emotions, or the Spirit within you.

We move through life responding to many voices.
Some are loud. Some feel urgent. Some feel familiar.

This is not about fixing yourself.
It’s about noticing what has been guiding you.

Begin the 7-Day Soul Check

Enter your email to receive one reflection each day.
You can begin immediately, or pause and start when you’re ready.

Soul Check is offered freely and without obligation.

If this work supports you and you feel led to support its continuation,

a simple way to do so will be shared here in time.

“Your name helps me pray for you personally.”

Why this matters

Most of us are not struggling because we lack faith.
We struggle because we don’t always know what is leading us.

The soul speaks through thoughts, emotions, and urgency.
The Spirit leads through peace, clarity, and quiet direction.

When the two feel similar, confusion follows.

We can pray, serve, and do good —
yet still feel internally unsettled.

Not because something is wrong,
but because we may be responding from the soul
when the Spirit is inviting us to slow down.

This challenge creates space to notice the difference.

Awareness restores order.
Order brings peace.

What this is — and what it is not

This is

  • A daily pause

  • Gentle reflection

  • Scripture-guided awareness

  • Space to listen without pressure

Nothing needs to be proven here.

This is not

  • Not a test

  • Not a personality quiz

  • Not self-improvement

  • Not about getting it “right”

There is no score.
Only clarity.

How the 7 days work

Each day invites you to pause, reflect, and notice —
not to fix, analyze, or perform.

You can complete each day in 5–10 minutes,
or take longer if you need.

Each day includes:

  • One short Scripture

  • One guiding question

  • One reflection prompt

  • One simple pause

Nothing more is required.

There is no right pace.
There is no need to catch up.

You are not behind if you miss a day.
You simply return when you’re ready.

This is not a task to complete.
It is space to become aware.

What you’ll begin to notice

As you move through the days, you may begin to notice subtle shifts —
not because you’re trying to change anything,
but because awareness creates space.

  • When your reactions are emotional rather than Spirit-led

  • How urgency influences your decisions

  • Where you’ve been carrying weight that isn’t yours

  • The difference between pressure and peace

  • How clarity often comes quietly

Nothing here needs to be forced.

Noticing does not require correction.
Clarity does not demand action.

Sometimes, seeing clearly is enough.

Awareness creates space.
Space allows alignment.

This is for you if…

You don’t need to meet any requirements to be here.
You only need the desire to slow down and listen.

  • You desire peace but feel internally busy

  • You pray but still feel unsure how to move forward

  • You sense God leading but struggle to hear clearly

  • You want to live aligned rather than pressured

  • You’re tired of reacting and want to respond with clarity

You don’t need to know more.
You don’t need to do more.

You only need space to notice what has been leading you.

If you feel led,
you’re welcome to begin

There is no pressure to decide right now.
You don’t need to feel certain.

If something in you has been stirred —
even quietly —
you’re welcome to take the next gentle step.

The Soul Check will meet you where you are.
Not where you think you should be.

You can begin today,
or return when the moment feels right.

Clarity does not rush.
Peace does not demand.
